double numerical integral with variables in its upper and lower limits

I am aware that integral2 can solve double integrals with known limits (not the integral variable).

I didn't find anything documentation that's relevant to my problem.

Let me put it this way. Suppose I have a function

then how can I reliaze it via integral2
