Github commit username mismatches my real git username

Hi,
I'm using git with matlab2020b, I found that the commit name in github mismatch my real github username, but my username of Windows. I'm really confused about that... because everytime when I try to commit my code, I type my username and password of github. See below figure:

Yeah, I noticed that as well, I stopped using the buttons on the toolbar to commit and push. Instead I am using !git add, !git commit from command line in MATLAB, then I call git.exe by system command and type in 'git push'. I also use GPG signing which can't be done through the buttons mentioned above.
If you search around, there are some comments related to certificate differences, but I can't tell exactly what's the issue.

Thanks Mario, previously I was using MATLAB2017 and the buttons work well...I will try your method, appreciarte alot!
