Deployment of generated code

Hello!
I am new to Matlab and Matlab Coder and I have a question. I successfully managed to generate code for Matlab function I need to put into hardware using C language. But as I see resulting code is not "self-sufficient", it uses some of custom matlab libraries.In particular it is different calls to functions which names starts with "emlrt", such as "emlrtAlias", "emlrtCreateStructMatrix", "emlrtSetField" and many others.
What are the options for deployment of generated code for custom hardware? Is it possible to get sources for missing function to build full standalone application for custom hardware. Or maybe there are some options to configure Matlab Coder somehow to avoid using external API?

You need to change the build type from "MEX" to "lib" or "dll" or "source code only".
