Hi there, I have data corresponding to a physical properties of a material at 12 different points on its surface, i would like to plot a 3d graph to visualise this data, is this possible?

Hi
MATLAB provides different functions to visualize 3D data. It would be difficult to suggest one without knowing the use case.
You can refer the following documentation to find a function apt for your work.
