Hi Subbu,
Refer Morse Wavelet Documentation which gives the Centre Frequency formula using symmetry parameter and Time-Bandwidth product as,
Refer the cwt documentation, which defines the default values in the Description, symmetry parameter as 3 and Time-Bandwidth product as 60.
