Help needed with Simulink model

I was trying to make a Simulink model for a given equation (images attached) - could someone please give me a few markers as to how it is supposed to be done?
The main issue that I was facing was how to represent the equation for V(dot) since it contains an expression for V already

Check out this blog post about modeling ODE's in Simulink. Once you get started if you run into trouble post your model and the community may be able to help you further.
