how to cache large object in deployed .net dll

I have a large trained neural network(34mb size) and everytime i call deployed .dll within my c# program dll takes few seconds to load it. I have tried to solve it by passing this large object as MWArray to function. It is still 40% slower than my tests done inside matlab with the large object cached in memory.(probably MWArray is converted to internal matrix every time i call) How do i cache this object upon class initialization so i dont need to reload it or pass to function everytime?
