Draw borders inside imagesc matrix

Hi all,
I'm trying to draw the borders inside the following image:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/uy6g0eqrovkquyl/Matrix.jpg
The results should be something like the following one:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/36q55kvl4ibua4b/Matrix%20OUTPUT.jpg
The image is generated with imagesc from a matrix of values.

Not sure if this solves your problem but did you check grid on There is an example http://www.mathworks.com.au/help/matlab/ref/grid.html
