Plot data in map with LAT LONG

I have some LAT and LON data and for those corresponding Lat Lon, I have some value. I want to plot those in a map.
Any idea?
LAT (100, 1)
LON (100,1)
power(100,1)

x = LON ; y = LAT ; z = power ;

xi = unique(x) ; yi = unique(y) ;
[X,Y] = meshgrid(xi,yi) ;
Z = reshape(z,size(X)) ;

surf(X,Y,Z)
%%unstructured
dt = delaunayTriangulation(x,y) ;
tri = dt.ConnectivityList ;
