how to test Modulation Classification with Deep Learning example on RADIOML 2018.01A dataset?

I want to test the above link example on RADIOML 2018.01A dataset which is given in following link
dataset link: https://www.deepsig.ai/datasets
I want to know in which section i need to change? I will use pretrained model and i dont have SDR?.
