Error With Real Time workshop

Hi!
Please take note of the following error:
Unable to find Identifier within the GlobalBlockOutput scope.
I do not understand what this error statement means and in the model error dialog, there is no hyperlink for support. Please guide me to understand the same.
My attempt was to "Generate Code" using the Real Time Workshop option from the Configurations Parameter.
Please ask me for anymore information that i must provide.

You might need to send your model and reproduction steps to MathWorks Tech Support along with your license information. Seems like a bug unless you are using Third-Party add-ons to Simulink.
