Tunable Parameters using Legacy Code Tool

Is it possible to generate a S-function that has tunable parameters from legacy ANSI C code? I have a test harness with model and S-function in parallel, being fed identical inputs. I wish to create a batch processing script to Load Parameter File #1, Run Simulation, Load Parameter File #2, Run Simulation, etc.
