I want to use a function inseted in ImageJ called FFT filter, the function link describtion is below:

https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/plugins/fft-filter.html

I was wondering if Matlab has a similar function but cannot find it, so my another idea is that open the function in matlab...

So can anyone help me to realize this step? I'm very appreciate it!

Moever, if anyone can find the similar function in Matlab would be fantastic!
