I am currently considering buying a license for a software company because of two algorithms they offer. I was curious if Matlab could achieve the same results so I could avoid purchasing more software than i need. (1) http://tmalab.jhmi.edu/aperiou/userguides/Positive_Pixel.pdf (2) http://tmalab.jhmi.edu/aperiou/userguides/Color_Decon.pdf
If possible can you please elaborate on the method i would have to take. Thank you MOST IMPORTANT can you please provide some function that would be usefu, I don't know where to start
