i have 4 input parameters which area single values and i need to calibrate all of them and run to get output close to my observed output and my simulated and observed output is a time series data. how to do it in simulink.

Hi Poornima, can you give more information on what type of parameters these are, what kind of model are you trying to build, and what kind of calibration you are trying to do?

If you aren't sure where to start because you're not familiar with how to build a Simulink model, I suggest you start with the Simulink Onramp tutorial (https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/simulinkonramp.html) to quickly learn the essentials of Simulink.
