I'm working image processing application like continuous log in authentication project in that i need to lock the system using matlab can anyone give me a good link plz..

    Locking a Computer
    The only way to lock a computer directly with the standard available tools is 
    to call the LockWorkstation() function in user32.dll:

Put together a call with the Matlab function, system

See: How to lock your computer using command line. This might do the trick

system('rundll32.exe user32.dll, LockWorkStation')

Or Google will help you find something better.
