Change preferences in ClassificationLearner (or other apps) ?

Using the classificationLearner app, the default value of 'parallel' is 'off'. Any way to change it so it will be 'on' by default?
Perhaps other methods to select 'starting values' for apps, or default values in general? any thoughts?

Hi
As mentioned in this documentation parallel option is available only when you have Parallel Computing Toolbox. So to change its state to "ON" you need this tool box
