i have attached the graph here. this is step height with time. how can extract the values of both coordinates.

What do you have? Who made this plot? Did you? If so, you already have the data. If not, then how and where did you get it? And what form is it in? A MATLAB .fig file? A PNG image (like a screenshot). Do you want to just assign the values you see manually into the editor? Do you want to use OCR on an RGB image to try to extract the numbers shown on the graph inside the blue boxes?

Use the text function to display the values of each pint near (or on) the point.
