Help to create GUI app for plotting tool in MATLAB

Here I have described my requirements,
1. Data is present in different sheets of an excel file and data will different every time.
2. I want to import excel file and read cells which used to plot the graph.
I want solution to create function to import excel file(callback for read xls), read data(callback for load data), and plot the graph(callback for plot data).
please suggest me solution for this. I have attached reference excel sheet for your reference also I have attached .m file till I have completed the task and snapshot of GUI which I wanted.
