Rearranging Elements in a Matrix Help

So my mentor has given me the task of rearranging a matrix. She wants me to change it form this:
[7 1 5
8 3 10
4 9 12
2 6 11]
to this:
[1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8 9
10 11 12]

Use a sort function and reshape function
