how i can eliminate noise in the form of vertical lines in this image ? what is the best filter for it and which parameter in perfect for this filter? please help

A median filter might work
inpict = im2double(rgb2gray(imread('linenoise.jpg')));
outpict = medfilt2(inpict,[1 5]);
outpict = imadjust(outpict,[0.15 0.85]);
