How do I compute oceanic Shapley value for largest player?

Hi all,
I would like some help computing the oceanic Shapley value (Milnor and Shapley 1978) of the largest player, if we assume there are three major players and an "ocean" of minor players.

Thanks for this, but I'm not really familiar with coding to be able to extend the formula to what I need.
