Why am i getting a convergence problem while having a system with multiple switches?

I have a model which has three switches connected to a capacitor. Only one of the switches are connected at a time. The control signals' timing has been so adjusted that one switch turns on only after the other switch has turned off. I am getting an error (NaN or Inf) exactly at the threshold of the switch. Can someone tell me why this is happening?
