How do I generate a plot like this?

I've got two matrices of data of the following forms:
Pitch Angle Pitch Angle Pitch Angle Pitch Angle Pitch Angle
Yaw Angle Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta
Yaw Angle Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta
Yaw Angle Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta
Yaw Angle Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta
Yaw Angle Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta Cptheta

In both cases the sets of Yaw angle and Pitch Angle are the same.
