Simulink and VISSIM Integration

I have developed a COM Link between Matlab and Vissim to get the traffic information. I am trying to run a Matlab Script that would load the Vissim traffic model and then use a Simulink model to run the Vissim model through MATLAB Function blocks. However, I do not know how the COM parameters (for Vehicle Inputs, Links, Simulation etc) can be passed to the MATLAB function block (as they belong to a class Interface.xxxxx). Also, I would like to use the MATLAB function block to simulate the Vissim model at each time step. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.
