Adjusting Separating plane using Linear Kernel #svmtrain

Hi I would like to know, if its possible to manually change(or play around with) the position of the separating plane for a 2 class scenario, when using the linear kernel function in the svmtrain from bioinfo toolbox.
From my understanding, svmtrain automatically determines an optimal separating plane for the 2 classes...ie..how possible is it, to move that plane around with svmtrain command!
