problem with control signal

hello ... i have a control signal with range (-10 to +10 ) and i need to convert it to the range (0 to +10) ... any one have idea to do that ?? ... i try to use gain 0.5 and then bias with +5 but that did not work ... the whole signals are become unstable ... when i used the same way but with bias = 4 ( mean the range become -1 to +9 ) there is no problem with my signals ... it is unstable only with zero .. any one know reason of that ? ... thanx alot

If your signal is in variable x, you need to use the transform,
y = (x+10)/2
So you can implement this equation easily with a bias of 10 and a divide block.
