how can I call matlabFunction without optimize

I call matlabFunction to generate the M-file from a Sym expression, but it take a very long time(about hours). And every time I stop it by Ctrl+C, it shows that it's stop at the MuPad/Optimize process, So how I can ignore the optimize option? my expression is very simple but very long, 10 vars, the highest order is 4, only have the +,-,*,/ operator, no sin, epx, sqrt...

f = matlabFunction(YourExpression,'File','YourFileName','Optimize',false);
