remotecopy function not found

I want to copy a file from Windows to Linux via sftp protocol by using the function "remotecopy" in MATLAB R2012a; however, it gives the following error: Undefined function or variable 'remotecopy'. I read "MATLAB distributed Computing Server" on mathwork.com but I do not know how to solve my problem. Any answer will be appreciated.

That function requires that the distributed computing environment be installed (MDCE) on the system that is calling remotecopy()
