Reading multiple excel files in sequence

Dear All,
How can i input multiple excel files in a sequence from a same source folder, for example I have day to day data files coming from a measurement system (01.01.2021, 02.01.2021, 03.01.2021.................) and now I want to input the daily excel files and perform certain calculation and plotings and continue the same process for the upcoming days in an automated process.

excelFiles = dir('*.xlsx') ;
N = length(excelFiles) ;
for i = 1:N
thisFile = excelFiles(i).name ;
T = readtable(thisFile) ;
% do what you want
end
