Adding orientation arrow into a point

Hi all, I have a question. How is it possible to add extra information into a point data? This additional information is related to an orientation [0 .. 360] degree.

Example dataset is shown below.

data=[
% Temp   Pres  Azim
  78    45
  44    0
  66    120
  27    100
  52    110];

in which the aspect ration of the two axis must me kept equal. In the current case, I cannot have that, i.e. the aspect ratio cannot be forced to be equal. Can we still achieve the desired plot?
