Hi... How do I connect two batteries of buildings existing in simulink in series or parallel?

That image shows batteries connected in parallel.

You know if you have batteries connected in series because in a series configuration, if you remove one of the batteries, leaving that part of the circuit open, then no current should flow in the circuit. In your diagram clearly if you remove one of the batteries, the current would continue to flow from the other batteries: that defines parallel.
