The code annotation that contains a justification for a defect found in a particular line of code needs to be added in the same line (and not before) the line of code that causes the defect, unless a block of code instead of a single line of code is to be justified, in which case the annotation needs to be added right before ('polyspace-begin') and right after ('polyspace-end') the block of code that is meant to be annotated/justified.
