Hi I have this error when trying to open Matlab. Please can you help us?

Have you looked at the troubleshooting link?
Is the computer part of a work/acedemic network or is it a personal computer?

Hi Christopher,
The computer is used in the Network with domain. when user connect with it's domain account and try to run the program, he get this message. I've tried to troubleshout with your link but can't resolve.
