Doing Principal Component Analysis using Data from Excel

Hello, I have Data stored in a Excel Spreadsheet. I have Voltage, Power and Current according to their time. In one of my previous questions, I had asked how to do standardize the data to which I have received a answer. Now using the standardized data, I need to do Dimensionality Reduction since the dataset is extremely large. I need to reduce the dataset so that it could be used in neural networks. I need to perform Principal Component Analysis and Curvilinear Component Analysis on the dataset. Please assist with step by step method.
