Discrete Time Integrator block

How can I make the output of this circuit closer to 10kHz rather than the 250Hz I am currently getting. The Discrete Time Integrator block sample time doesn't seem to respond. I have changed it from -1 to 0.0001 but it doesnt have any effect.
