hide all msgbox, waitbar, models in matlab while execution of .p file in batch run.

I have .p file which does some operations with simulink block and shows some messgaes in command window and msgbox,waitbar .I want to make it as batch files which excetes .p file many times and the requirement that i doesnot show any msgboxes,waitbox,models to the user.How to disable these figures or models or msgboxes?
