Matlab 2012 mesh problem

In the matlab 2012b, I just use "mesh" to plot a matrix. But in the figure, there shows a lot of lines connecting each point together. I tried "meshc" as well. It's not a problem in previous versions. Anybody knows what is going on? Thank you.

The density of lines depends on your input data. You can play around with the color etc using the Surface Properties:
