Why do I receive Internal error for simscape multibody link plug-in for Autodesk Inventor?

I want to import CAD file to simscape multibody from Autodesk Inventor. So I tried to install the plug-in.
I followed instructions given by the documentation but when I run
( https://fr.mathworks.com/help/physmod/smlink/ug/installing-and-linking-simmechanics-link-software.html )
>> install_addon('smlink.r2021a.win64.zip')
I get this error:
Error using install_addon (line 52)
An internal error has occurred.
How can I fix this issue?

Please run MATLAB as administrator. That will most likely fix the problem. If that doesn't work, please contact Technical Support.
