"matlab.exe has triggered a breakpoint" when I try to open the matlab

Hello guys,
When I try to open matlab the error "matlab.exe has triggered a breakpoint" appears.
This happens after I changed the heap memory preferences according to this page: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/matlab_external/java-heap-memory-preferences.html
Can anyone help me, please?
