Find table variable names with multiple conditions

Hello,I’m developing an app (with app designer) where the user has to upload a data file (xlsx). The app has to read the variable name and to look for variable temperature. unfortunately, the user not always titled that variable as “Temperature”but sometimes as “T” or “Temp”...and the app shouldn’t confuse this variable with another one that is the temperature inside the instrument (“T_int” or “Temp_int”).Thus, I wanted find the column index where there is the Temperature. I thought something like:
Tind=find(Data.Properties.VariableNames==“T”) find(contains(Data.Properties.VariableNames,”Temp”)) && ...avoid T_int. Anyone can help me?
