Change the color of a line in a multilines plot when mouse over the particular line

Hi guys, does anyone know how to highlight a single line in a multilines plot when mouse over the particular line. My code showing in the picture only makes the whole plot(all the lines) change to black color instead of just one single line. Thank you.

Hi,
Below is a link to a similar question, once you identify the line on the plot you could highlight it by increasing the 'LineWidth' property
