i want to detecting human from live video

Hello I connect to my computer camera with usb and i can open this camera with code:"videoinput=('winvideo', 3). How can i detect human? i mean that code will circle human in live video from my camera. I need code that will do this

You can save yourself months or years of work if you buy the Computer Vision System Toolbox: http://www.mathworks.com/products/computer-vision/description4.html, which already does this.

Because the toolbox will come with demos/examples. If they didn't include the one on their product page, then ask them for that.
