BLDCのパラメータについて

BLDCを模擬するための固定子のパラメータが必要なのですが、うまくできていません。現在はBLDCのパラメータをLCRメータで測定した値をパラメータに入力しています。
固定子の相あたりの自己インダクタンスLs、固定子の相互インダクタンスMs、固定子の相あたりの抵抗Rsは周波数がいくつのときの値を入れればよいか教えていただきたいです。

You should use the frequency driving the motor at rated speed for measuring those parameters.
