Parallel computing in matlab

I recently became familiar with Parallel computing in a multicolor processor.in my program in matlab I have a matrix [1000,1000]and this matrix divided in two matrix [500,1000]. numbers in two matrix changing by using function 'a' .This function using 'ode45' and I should call this function 4 times(tow times for each matrix) with different parameters (Runtime: High). first I call this function for created required numbers. And in two separate for loops two matrix numbers are changing (No relationship between for loops). My processor is dual core. I have two questions : can I call function 'a' Parallel? I see using parallel computing for one for loop but can I using parallel computing for my two for loops?
