I would like to migrate a GUI created in a 2016 version of GUIDE to an App using the 2020b App Live Migration Tool. My question is, will other users who are still running 2019a be able to run and edit the new App once I have done this? I want to update this design without making it impossible for older versions to work with it.

I don't work with AppDesigner, but I know the format changed in R2018a, so there might be an issue there. Otherwise I'm not aware of any limitations. I will leave it to someone who knows or can test this to post an actual answer.
