How do I simulate a Stateflow model?

I am looking for simulating a Stateflow model. I am not able to do it inspite of installing the SDK drivers. Could anyone help?

Have you run mex -setup after installing the compiler? You may also want to mention what version of MATLAB you are using, and on what platform. Also, what version of SDK have you installed?
