Microsoft visual C++ runtime Error

I keep getting this error on my machine "Microsoft visual C++ runtime Error"
This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.Please contact the application's support team for more information.
I have Matlab installed on one more machine with me,and there it just works completely fine without any error. And on this another machine, i am getting the problem. Both the machines are having the same configuration and the same versions of JDK and JRE installed.
OS version:- Microsoft windows server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition , SP2.
MATLAB component Runtime version :- 7.0
please help me on this!!!
