How to speed up fitcensemble and predict ?

Hello,

i code for ECMWF I stuck in fitcensemble and predict functions these two functions taking too much time, almost half an hour

load coastlines
ensemble = fitcensemble(coastlat,coastlon); 
xLat = predict(ensemble,coastlat);
xLon = predict(ensemble,coastlon);

here is my code. if any one of you can suggest some good understandable code to me then I will be pleased.
