How to know good accuracy obtain from SVM classifier (linear kernel and polynomial kernel)?

Accuracy result for linear kernel SVM: 93%

Accuracy result for polynomial kernel SVM: 91%

Is this results are the good result performance or not?

I mean how you define it is good? It is because the results are above 90% accuracy? Yes, I checked train data and also test data.

90% offcourse is good. You try out with other models, you may get lower than this.
